Lady Generals split series with Englewood
Congratulations to the Lady General Girls slow-pitch softball team for defeating Englewood yesterday in the second game of a doubleheader 10-9. Sarah Stanley earned the win. Alyssa Sweat and Decha Ribao both hit home runs to lead the team in the comeback victory.
In the first game the Generals lost a heartbreaker 6-5 to the Rams. Decha Dibao hit a homerum and drove in 4 runs to power the Lady Generals. Ashlyn Bain had two hits in the game.
The next game is tomorrow at First Coast. The Generals are now 9-1 on the season. Great game girls!

Slow pitch 8-0 through mid-season.
Congratulations to the Lady General girls slow pitch softball team for defeating Ribault yesterday 14-5. Sarah Stanley earned the victoriy Alyssa Sweat and Inelai Green led the team with 2 hits and Alyssa Sweat, Sarah Stanley, Decha Ribao and Faith Holmes scored two runs apiece to lead the Lady Generals to victory, Next game is Today at Englewood The Generals are now 8-0 on the season. Great Game girls.

Lady Generals make Tigers tap out
In a hopeful prelude to the Lee-Jackson football game on Friday night, the Lady Generals put the hurt on the Jackson Tigers slow-pitch softball team. The Lady Generals (5-0) led the Jackson Tigers 17-0 by the middle of the 4th inning leading to the mercy rule calling the game. Sarah Stanley earned the win pitching the shutout. Decha Ribao led the team with 3 hits, while Crystal Blanford and Kilam Johnson had two hits apiece. Sarah Stanley, LaJerricka Davis, and Kilam Johnson each had 3 runs apiece in the game to power the Lady Generals to victory. The next game is today against Ribault. Great game ladies!

Slow Pitch starts season 2-0
The Lady Generals started the season off 2-0 Wednesday with beating Paxon 11-8 and 5-4 in a doubleheader. Alyssa Sweat earned the win in the first game with Rae Jones knocking in the go-ahead runs. Sarah Stanley earned the win in the second game featuring a homerun from Decha Ribao. The Lady Generals will travel to Stanton on Monday, November 4 to take on the Blue Devils and extend their streak.
